Hunger Games & Rogue One Producer, Allison Shearmur Dies At 54 From Lungs Cancer
Her demise is a sad one for all Hollywood lovers around the world.
Allison Shearmur who produced the Hunger Games franchise and Rogue One died at 54 on Friday of lung cancer complications.
After becoming a full-time producer in 2011, she worked on The Hunger Games, Cinderella, Power Rangers and the Star Wars spin-off Rogue One. She was producing the upcoming film Solo, another Star Wars spin-off focusing on Han Solo.
The mother-of-two was born a quadruplet and attended the University of Pennsylvania and later the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
She is survived by her husband, her two children, her parents and her three siblings.
