Late Ghanaian Dance-hall Queen, Ebony Was On The Threshold Of Signing A $1m Deal With Akon’s Knivict Music Group
Popular American R&B crooner, Akon was on the line of inking a deal with Ebony to his Konvict Music group, worth $1m before she kicked the bucket last week.
According to the manager of late Ebony, Bullet, indicated they were far advanced with Akon for them to seal the huge deal before she got involved in the motor accident that took her life.
Senegalese-born American singer, Akon who has been heavily involved in the African music market has already bagged P-Square, Tuface, and Wizkid to his label.
The award-winning R&B singer was keen on signing Ebony to be his first Ghanaian female artiste and catapult her to global prominence with his influence in the big time industry.
The ‘Hustle’ hitmaker would have joined some of the big dawgs in the music scene in the world, giving her the chance to explore globally.
